It’s been hot lately so I decided to make Bebe a delicious alternative to ice-cream. By the way this is our second time making Creamy Pineapple Whip, only two ingredients and super easy to make. A perfect hot weather treat that the whole family will enjoy, besides it’s healthy and yummy.
Inspired by Hawaii’s Famous Dole Plantation Pineapple Whip!
1 can (20 oz.) of diced Dole pineapple -Frozen Overnight
1 cup of coconut milk
Place frozen pineapple and coconut milk into a blender or food processor.
Blend till it becomes creamy.
Serve and Enjoy!
Optional *Garnish with fresh berries.
Note: You may have to add more coconut milk if your blender is not powerful enough.
